This market offers a majority of regionally grown foods and hand crafted goods.

Break out the champagne! West Kootenay EcoSociety’s Market Fest was voted best festival of 2009 by Nelson Daily News readers. Not much of a surprise – what's better on a warm summer evening than a lively festival of music, dance and celebration on Baker St, downtown Nelson?

At Market Fest you will find; many great bands on two stages playing all kinds of music for all ages, also dance performance and kids entertainment, 50 vendors with hand made home grown or prepared goods and food.
